I am a daughter, sister, partner, kitty momma, travel-loving, essential oil junkie, Health, Wellness, Somatic Coach, and Conscious Dance and Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator!

I have learned first-hand the power of healthy lifestyle habits on the quality of our lives. I have also experienced how working with the breath and the body can change our lives. It can unlock peace and inner happiness and calm, dismantle old beliefs, quiet the overthinking mind, build self-confidence, and open the inspiration and creative floodgates!

I haven’t always lived this way. Like many of us, I hit a point in my life when the mask wasn’t working anymore, where my body didn’t feel as vital as it used to and I felt unsure of myself, unmotivated, and unclear about who I was and how to move forward.

I had to learn how to care for myself- body, mind, and spirit. It started with the outside- eating well, movement, healthy lifestyle, and living close to nature. But that wasn’t the entire answer. That’s when I dove into Breathwork and Somatic healing. It was through these practices I was able to meet myself again. I realized I was not perfect, but I was perfectly ME! I could honor my journey so far and BE excited about what the future would biring. Once I realized the power of the breath and somatic work, I became certified as a Breathwork Facilitator and I am currently becoming certified as a Somatic Coach! These were the reset I needed and the beginning of a new path for me. I feel deeper each day into Who I Am!. I am a living art project…..And so are you!

I believe that true health and wellness come from a FULLY NURTURED approach that considers the whole person, not just their physical symptoms. I believe that by taking care of the mind, body, and spirit, we can achieve optimal health and wellness- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe all aspects of our health are intertwined and we must work on each pillar to truly live our most vibrant lives.

My approach is built on the following pillars:

Diet: I believe that food is medicine, and we emphasize the importance of whole, natural foods in our approach. Unlike traditional diets that focus on deprivation and calorie counting, I promote a balanced approach to eating that nourishes the body and supports overall health.

Natural Lifestyle: My approach encompasses all aspects of our lives, including stress management, restful sleep, and reduced exposure to toxins and pollutants. I encourage my clients to make small, manageable changes that have a big impact on their overall health and wellness. I embrace natural and holistic practices, such as herbal remedies and aromatherapy, to promote overall wellness. I believe that nature has the power to heal, and I encourage our clients to incorporate natural remedies into their daily routines.

Movement: I believe that movement is essential to overall health and wellness, but I also understand that each individual's body and lifestyle are unique. I work with my clients to find a balance that works for them, whether that's through yoga, strength training, or simply incorporating more movement into their daily routine.

Breathwork and Somatic coaching: I know that breathwork and somatic coaching can help individuals connect with their bodies and emotions, promoting healing and overall wellness. My breathwork and somatic coaching sessions are designed to help my clients release tension and trauma stored in the body, allowing them to move forward with greater ease and clarity.
