Integrative Breathwork Session
Duration: 30 minutes

A guided breath session that brings in transformation and body connection while not taking too much out of your day. Integrative sessions are a way to incorporate intentional breath throughout our day. For those moments of overwhelm, anxiousness, and disconnection, a few minutes of intentional breath can make all the difference.
Session can be held laying down or seated comfortably.

Meditative Breathwork Session
Duration: 60 minutes
(In person or virtual)
A guided breath session that brings in transformation and body connection on a deeper level. Meditative sessions are a space for you to truly go on a journey with your breath. They allow you to connect with the deepest parts of yourself. Meditative breath allows you to return home to yourself so that you can enjoy a more liberated and free life! Detach from the structures of the mind and truly heal the body.
These sessions are held laying down.

Introduction to Breathwork Series
Duration: 4 Weeks

This 4 part series guides you through the integration of breathwork in your daily life. We are our greatest healer, our strongest ally, and our truest self when we engage the power of breath.
This series was designed for you to experience and activate the power of your own personal breathwork practice.
Our first session will be 45 minute Integrative session. We will take a few moments at the beginning of the session to go over What Breathwork is, what to expect and answer any of your questions. and then enjoy an Integrative Breathwork experience which are shorter in duration but incredibly effective for shifting your emotional and nervous system response. Our second session will be a 30 minute Integrative Session.
Our last 2 sessions will be 1 hour Meditative Sessions where we will create a sacred heart space for you to go deeper and access and integrate deeper levels of healing and awareness.

Rhythms of Nature

Join us for a 5 week journey through the elements of nature- Earth, Fire, Air and Water. Each week we will breathe and move with a different element culminating in the final week of brining them all together.
Dancing with the Elements helps us reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and the planet.
When you feel moved by the strength of sheer cliffs, a sunset’s dynamic vibrancy, or gentle lapping waves, you are being invited to feel your embodied humanness. A willow tree’s beckoning sway and the trickling motion of a stream can inspire our body’s capacity to move. The natural world offers a level of generosity and replenishment that most of us forget is possible in our overstretched lives.
How can we develop this connection and join in the natural movement around us? You can start by feeling your sensory connection to a natural element and allowing that to expand into movement.

HI! My name is Shannon and I am a Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator. It is my honor to create a safe space for you to feel, release, heal, and express yourself. Together we will craft a journey for you to bring you home to your body, to your wisdom, to yourself. You will get to know parts of yourself that have remained hidden, examine patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, and release and move through them while creating new patterns and beliefs that will expand your heart and your life. I look forward to holding space and guiding you on a breath journey.
